For the grown up girls who are physically challenged, we have facility for tailoring and embroidery at Vikas Bhavan. They are provided with hostel facility during their training period. This year five such girls completed their one-year training. Together with our disabled girls, 08 other normal girls from our neighboring hamlets have completed their one-year training in tailoring and embroidery in our institute. These girls were also given certificates. With the help of these certificates, they are eligible to get loan from different government financial institutions at low interest for their business.

Three disabled girls who have completed their one-year training in tailoring and embroidery in the previous year were provided with a sewing machine and some clothes free with the help of Lilliane Fonds to begin with their personal income generation enterprise!

For the grown up boys who are physically challenged, we have facility for welding and fabrication. Our welding unit is only two years old. Since this trade demands hard work and good and strong limbs, volunteers are few and their survival rate is very low. However, two of them have completed their training and now they are able to earn their livelihood.
