Legal Status

Vikash Deepti has got registered in the year 1999 under Societies Registration Act 1860 as an apolitical, non profit making, community development organization working in partnership with the rural poor especially with physically and socially challenged children in hundreds of villages through out western Orissa. Vikash Deepti is fortunate enough to receive its foreign contribution regulation act registration during 2002 and also registered under IT act 1961 U/S-12A and 80 G. The registered head office is located at TORA Bargarh three kilometers away from Bargarh town next to Mission Hospital Bargarh and it is 402 kms away from the state capital Bhuabenswar, Orissa.
