IBR : Orthotic Workshop

One of our very useful assets is the Orthotic and Prosthetic workshop. It is managed by two trained orthotic and prosthetic technicians. We provide child friendly lightweight aids and appliances to the needy. Different kinds of appliances are fabricated in our workshop such as - calipers, splints, body brace, artificial limbs, crutches etc. Besides manufacturing new aids and appliances, everyday a lot of repair work is also done in the workshop. Our workshop is open to the general public and leprosy patients and they do make use of the facility.
